The external factor evaluation matrix (EFE), helps us to summarize and evaluate the external variables of our industry. In this matrix we selected the most important 15 external variables of our sector, with opportunites and threats. According to the weight and the ranking that we give to de variables we will have the wighted score of the 15 variables and analyse them.
