The internal factor matrix is design to summarize strengths and weakness inside an organization, this matrix helps to understand in which factors company have to work and in which have to maintain to continue with good results.

With the results of the matrix we can see that our company is stron internal postions because the total weight score is above 2.5, ir is in the limite so it shows the aspects that we have to work so we can have an stronger internal position.
