MISSION
Our mission is to be the most polular(5) hair saloon(2) for kids(1) in Colombia, by implementing new techniques(4) transforming the classic idea of a hair saloon, into a new one(7), teaching kids to be confortable with their selfs, and by giving them an unique esperience(6), on the other handwe want to contribute to society(8)(9) by hiring people between 18 to 25 years giving them the opportunity to work and to be enabled.
1. Customers: Our company is focused on children and we want to give them our best services and It can be check in our company mission which says that we created this company specifically for this population.
2. Products or services: The company was created to provide a service to our consumers and we have chosen a hairdresser with a focus on children as we have mentioned above.
3. Yes, The place were we compete geographically is in the vision statement due to the fact that Bogotá, is the first city were we want to create a huge impact with this new experience. Also, because we all know better how the market and the competition act and develop here in the city.
4.Technology: Yes, as a company we recognize that every day, the beauty industry is improving by applying new techniques and technology, and if we want to the pioneers in this industry we have to be constantly changing offering our clients new ideas and new services.
5. Concern for survival, growth and profitability: Our mission is to be the most important hair salon in Colombia, so we are concern of growing and survival to achieve our mission.
6. Philosophy: The philosophy to our mission is very important because we want to teach the kids to be comfortable with themselves by giving a great experience.

It is important for everyone to know that our business is not a typical hair salon, not even similar to hair salons where children usually just sit in a car shaped chair and that's it, what we offer to our costumes which are kids up until 15 years old, is an entire experience of entertainment thought different kind of toys, sofas, employees dressing up according to different themes, gadgets such as iPads, big screens, lots of video games, movies, playing zones, snacks tables, etc.
8. It is our concern to let the community know, specially young people, that we offer them a stable jobs, and not only that but we provide a workplace that is enjoyable to them too, they are not going to be bored at this job. It's very important to us to provide this jobs to people from 18 to 25 that are looking for financial independence or support.
9.its important for us to have a priority of thinking in the behave of our employees. For this store we are looking for young people , so probably they are going to be studing while they also work, we have to be able to help them finishing theire estudies. also improving theire abillities for them to be always learning new techniques at the beauty saloon.

Our vision is to offer a unique experience(6) for kids(1), by implememting new techniques(4) and new ideas(7) in a beauty salon(2), giving new oportunities(9) to young people in Bogota(3).
1. Customers: We want to become one of the most recognized hairdresser company and that children choose us to provide this service.
2. Products or services: We want to have one of the best hairdressing services for children and being leaders in this general area.
3. Yes, Colombia will be the first country that will try this whole new experience, also we identify our competition and we take it as an initial point in order to be better and improve without stepping behind from the other beauty saloon for kids
4.Yes, Nowadays, technology is something that is present in our everyday life, and the market is changing constantly over this, new techniques will be applied after the manager and the team will make a research over what new things are being implementing in this industry all over the world.
5. Concern for survival, growth and profitability: This is not explicit in the mission because despite is an important future aspiration our most important aspect is to give a unique experience within a perfect and unique service.
6. Philosophy: Our philosophy is very important in the vision because it is an aspect that we want to be recognize for.
7. We consider ourselves as a company that gives a very distinctive service to children, something that has never existed before and we hope that the company sets a trend and children start enjoying this tasks that are usually boring, getting a haircut.

We currently don't consider ourselves as major power consumption company or as a direct threat to the environment, that's why we don't recall this in our vision, we don't mention the fact that we are searchin for young people to work with us because we first need to make sure that we place ourselves in a stable market so we can offer this people a stable jobs, people that are usually looking for financial independence at this age, or trying to be a support to their families, or just people experiencing their first job.
9. Having employees that feel good in the work enviroment. That they want to improve their abilities at the work and they want to aplicate it at the saloon, also having faithful employees that want to grow in and with the organization.
