Planning:
It is the first function of managment and one of the most important. It is essential within the company as the planning provides a relationship between the present and the future also gives direction to the company.
Planning is one of the best ways to achieve the success of an organization and planning requires forecasting, setting goals, Devising Strategies, Policies and setting goals.
A key element of the planning is good communication that must have on individuals in the organization because of this depends on every individual of the company understand what the organization want to accomplish.
Employees and managers must work together to achieve the expected results.

Planning also coordinates all individuals of a company towards what the organization wants to achieve, give direction to the goal or objective initially planned and provide efficiency whitin the company.
Planning belongs to strategies formulation of the company.

In the case of our company, first of all we want to achieve is to offer a unique experience for kids, we differentiate ourselves by the quality of our services, customer care, provide job opportunities to young people and last but not least, to be The most polular hair saloon for kids in Colombia.

When we open our company, from the beginning we want to provide a unique experience for children because as mentioned earlier, is one of the cornerstones of our differentiation.

The quality of service will also be implemented from the start because it is vital to the success of our hairdresser. Also if there is quality of service, customers will return.

The attention to customers is vital because with a good staffed, customers will recommend our company to close friends and we will make good publicity also in this way we will attract more customers.

We have the purpose of Provide job opportunities to young people because we want to hire people between 18 and 25 years so They are probably going to be studing work while They Also, We have to be reliable to help them theire finishing studying. Also Improving theire abillities for them to be always learning new techniques at the beauty saloon.

In 2018 we want to be successful and recognized in Bogota as one of the best hairdressers for children.

In 2020 we want to be the most polular hair saloon for kids in Colombia.
To achieve all the above goals:

To provide a unique experience for children we are going to give them an entire experience of entertainment thought different kind of toys, sofas, employees dressing up according to different themes, gadgets such as iPads, big screens, lots of video games, movies, playing zones, snacks tables, etc. Also we want to teach kids to be comfortable with themselves by the experience that they will have in our hair salon.

To achieve a good quality of service to achieve a good quality of service, employees of our company will have to have an excellent knowledge of the techniques and to achieve this we are going to implement learning programs where employees learn new techniques perfectly, secondly our hairdressers will have to properly advise our clients of which haircut fit better on them so that they are satisfied with the service and finally kindly during the service is one of our priority for customer in our hair salón.

The attention to customers will be very good because we will have a space to solve customer problems, taking into account their suggestions and thus improved.

We also consider the development process of our service to do it the best way posible and like this way leave the customer satisfied.

To Provide job opportunities to young people we are going to to hire people between 18 and 25 years in this way we can harness the innovative ideas of young people and give them the opportunity to work and study at the same time so they can solve their studies and succeed.
Young people also can adapt easily to changes required within the organization and they will be more committed to the company.

To be successful and recognized in Bogota in 2018 because our differentiation as a company will take us to be recognized and popular in our industry in Bogota, customers will have us in mind for our innovative idea and our focus on children and for 2020 we will be the most polular hair saloon for kids in Colombia.

Finally our goal is that every day we improve in all the areas of our business to achieve the goals we have planned, communication between individuals will be optimal because employees and managers will always be in contact to decision making and the meetings monthly will help for all of the above aforementioned in the respective time proposed in planning.
Organizing
The organization will also allow the members of the organization have clear the role of them in the company and its respective jobs.
This managment function also is responsible for defining the commands of authority, therefore, each of the areas and individuals in the organization will know who must report to and of who will follow orders. The aforementioned will provide the firm order and harmony in the organization
The organization allow the coordination and therefore this will lead to good communication between areas and individuals in the organization what is really important and fundamental in all companies.
In other words organizing measn determining in the organization who does what and who reports to whom.

As we can see in the picture there is a company organized and coordinated where they differentiate the different positions and Jobs.
To denote the organization of the company is necessary to develop a organigrame of this and so the jobs and the controls will be clear and understandable for the whole organization.
The organization chart is the graphical representation of the operations performed in an organization and also the structure and hierarchical levels.

As we can see, our organizational structure presents a horizonal allowing greater flexibility to external factors, better communication between areas and individuals in the company
The horizontal structure eliminates the organization hierarchical barriers that places less emphasis on the value of power and highlights the value of collaboration, which balances or the power within between these structures, therefore collaboration between areas and individuals will be optimal for the type of structure that we have in our hairdressing.
In our company managers are responsible for preparing the plans, organize, motivate, staffing and controlling the entire organization and we can say that it is one of the most important positions in the organization because on they depend the success and direction of the organization.
Human resources are responsible for selecting profiles recruitment taking into account the focus of the company and culture and purposes we have and also must provide learning programs to develop the skills of our employees.
Human resources also have the objective of providing good workplace for employees so that they feel satisfied within the company.
Finance/Accounting are very important because they provide quantitative information of the company, performance organization and we can get this information by the finantial ratios and statistics.
Marketing has a large impact on the organization because there is where stipulated the prices of services of our company, promotions, distribution and the costs and benefits are determined.
Moreover marketing handles a very important thing and analysis of customers and this is predominant in organizations because customers are the basis of income.
Production/Operations is in charge of the process of performing the services, capacity, quality, workforce and inventories.
Research and development is do important in organizations as it shows the internal and external factors on which the company is located, skills or weakness and shows us also the opportunities in the market and the direction we should take in conclusion to these.
Concluding, our company will be well organized, they have a good communication between departments and more importantly workers and managers work together to manage the company's goals.
Motivating
It is about influencing people of the company and managers that are responsible.
Employee motivation will influence the way they work and their performance at work and this depends desire with which a worker to work.
